- Shipping is calculated at checkout from the number of plants in your order and your delivery zone.
- The more plants you order, the lower the shipping, and it is free on orders of 60 plants or more.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days to metro cities and 5 to 7 business days to other locations.
How We Pack Live Plants
Every plant undergoes a 48-hour hydration process before shipping. We wrap the root ball in moist soil and coco-peat inside a biodegradable wrap to keep the roots hydrated, then secure the plant inside a custom-designed, double-walled vertical carton with ventilation holes. This keeps it upright, prevents shifting, and protects fragile branches during transit.
Live-Arrival Guarantee
We stand behind every dispatch. If your plant arrives broken, wilted, or dead, send us a photo of the plant and its box within 24 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement plant free of cost, with only the replacement shipping borne by you. See ourReturns & Refunds page for full details.
